Abrasive Media Blasting is used to finish, clean or prepare metals using a variety of media in a blast cabinet. Blasting removes surface debris such as rust or other types of residual contaminants and scale. This process is also important in the cleaning and roughening of part surfaces before coating. The increased surface adhesion of a suitably blasted part results in a stronger bond between the coating and the surface of the part.

We use a premium mix of abrasive that leaves a  “satin smooth” finish.

We specialize in automotive and powersport parts, but we can blast items from a bolt to items the size of a cruiser frame. Due to the variety of items that come through the door, we do not have set pricing per item when doing abrasive blasting jobber work. We can usually ballpark a job for you but average times depend on:
